The power of memory.
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows. These workshops are a way for us to reflect, connect and learn about ourselves while using play and expression to learn alternative practices of mindfulness. These practices have allowed me to start my healing journey and 'learn healthy alternatives to process and regulate my emotions. I hope to educate and create spaces where others can do the same. It’s time we reclaim our narratives and power.
